I love this song, well, first of all, it's an amazing song and I would recommend everyone to hear this song, not only it gives a message, but it's amazing in general.  I first started listening to this when I was feeling depressed, I actually have to give credit to my brother who recommended this song. Now I can't stop listening to it nonstop, even when I'm not depressed. This song actually made me feel a lot better. It's a song who's lyrics are not only relateable, but it's true for me.

"I take these pills to make me thin, I dye my hair, and cut my skin.I tried everything to make them see me, even when I set myself on fire, why does I always feel invisible.:" This part of the song really sticks out to me because everyone is always doing something to change themselves drastically, and it won't matter to them if they get hurt in the process, all they care about is the result. And the last line, "but why do I always feel like invisible" I can totally relate to that, because on some days I feel, like why doesn't anybody notice me, I mean I'm a human being, too.

And the music video isn't really bad either, even though it doesn't show people who feel left out. The reason I love this song is because people could love this song and realize what their life is like right now, like are you happy? Or are you always being left out in conversations with your "friends"? Or maybe you talk to your friends, but they make fun of you for like, your name or something, or gave you like a nickname that's really frustrating?

There are all kinds of reasons for loving this song for each and one of you, so if you're feeling sad or mad or something, I recommend you all to listen to this song. This is one of my top favorite songs, but I think it will be yours too if you watch this right now on YouTube.

Across the Universe

This story was very fascinating to me (I had just finished it), and the ending had caught me me by surprise, and it was a bit confusing, too. I had never read a book with so many twists and turns in it. It was about mostly about a girl who was frozen, and was supposed to be frozen until she was in anew planet, named Centauri Earth. I really liked how there were two narratives instead of one, because it was a nice change of pace.

Her name was Amy,and very soon, she found a person, that was the only person that didn't tell her lies, like where she is right now, and how she wasn't supposed to be alive right now, and how she was 'reanimated' into this life. This story really got me thinking. Is everybody who they say they are? Or, like Elder, Amy's friend, found out the truth, and he was basically nothing, because everything he knew was a lie, like he found out that they're never going to Centauri Earth, and everybody on the ship was drugged into believing that they were on their way to a peaceful life.

Those people on the ship was representing the people that was affected by the lies that was told to them, and the person who told the lies, his name was Eldest, didn't know the consequences and the actions that would happen all around him. He ended up dying at the end of the book, and a strange way, too. Elder, who was like a son to Eldest, thought that he was a tyrannical dictator that should be stopped almost immediately, as soon as he found out the whole truth.

 He wasn't the only one, though. Elder's best friend, besides Amy, Harley, was spying in on them, and when he realized that he was never getting off the ship, he decided to kill himself, because he thought that death would be better than living a whole life full of lies. It shows to me that anything could happen if you tell a single lie, it could end up in a dire consequence for another person.

This whole story was based on a murder that happened a million years ago, and they thought that person was dead, but as it turns out, he's not dead, and he was the one who had been feeding people the lies, and they believed him. That ended up in a mass suicide. Well, that's what you get for lying. With only one little white lie, you could change someone's life forever, like that person could end up killing themselves, or end up dazed, as if you've been woken up and you can see the world through another person's eyes.

That's why I loved this book, it had taught me a valuable lesson. And I hope it will teach you a valuable lesson too.    

                      Maximum Ride: The Final Warning

I had just finished reading Maximum Ride: The Final Warning by James Patterson. The main characters are Max, Fang, Angel, Gazzy, Nuge, and Iggy, who's trying to save the world by getting everyone to know that the world is in a crisis right now. In this book, James Patterson wants us to know that we all have an impact on each other, no matter how good or bad people are.

For example, when Max first heard about that she has to save the world from her "father,"you never know what people are capable of. Like when Max first found out that Jeb was alive. Or the time when she found out that he was her father. It makes me think that everything around her isn't what it seems to be. First Max thought that Jeb was good guy, because he had gotten them all out of their cages, but later finds out that he is one messed up guy. I think James Patterson used that style is he wanted everyone to know that people aren't what they seem.

 When she was locked up at the School, Jeb told her her that the reason she's alive, the only reason she's here right now is because she was created to save the world. That was one of my favorite lines because first of all, now we know the reason behind that, and second of all, she wasn't expecting that. She was expecting to beat the heck out of him then run and get the other bird kids out. So she was completely thrown out of her chair. And she had been ignoring his advice, saying that the world really is in danger and you're the only person that can help save it, until Max couln't handle it anymore so, she finally listened to him, which was a suprise, because, first she never listens to anybody, much less than Jeb.

When Max first heard about saving the world from global warming, and the people had caused this, by Jeb, their benefactor, it made me think why did the author do this? I mean, James Patterson could've just said she has to save the world, which she does at the end, by the way. It makes me realize that that we have to know what kind of stuff we are doing to our planet that made us stuck  in this situation right now.

This book made me think deeper about humanity because , first of all it's true. In the Final Warning, there are problems that are here in real life, like pollution in the ocean, or just pollution in regular.And it is our fault, we caused this , our planet is getting full of hot gas because of us, so why don't we start doing something about it?
 

                                                Nevermore 

              In the book, Nevermore by James Patterson, the main character Max faces a love triangle, a tragedy, and a problem that she never imagined. And she deals with all, of it inside her head, until she can't handle it anymore and goes on a berserk rampage.The first problem she encounters is when Fang, part of the flock and until recently was Max's boyfriend- returns, all bloodied up and wounded, Max rushes to help him. But there is a problem. Dylan- a clone, who was created to be Max's "perfect half"- wants out of the picture, and knows that  Max will never forgive him, but it has to be done. I think that if he knows what Max really thinks of him then, he won't have a reason to kill Fang, and everybody is safe.

                            Another example is when Dylan took Max to the Arch De Triomphe and told her his feelings about losing Angel (one of the flock members who recently was killed in a bombing in Paris) and told her that she should just let her feelings out,because if you don't you will explode. And he is right because you can't hide everything you're feeling on the inside. Max uses sarcasm (actually a lot) because she's afraid of what her flock will say to her because she's kind of responsible for them ,and if she cry  about every single little thing, then they will start following her because she's the leader and the oldest and, well, the smartest of the entire flock.

And then another time Max was talking to her Voice (she has a Voice inside her head) and she couldn't take it anymore, so she decided to cut herself, to distract herself from the annoying Voice. See? that's what you get for bottling up your emotions too much.Crazy, annoying things, can lead to dangerous thing, but she didn't actually cut herself, Fang stopped her from getting the knife into her hand. I can relate, because sometimes I hide things from my friends, and no matter how much they persuade me, no matter how much they bribe me, annoy, I don't tell them. Its okay to do it sometimes, because you don't want to share to other people,that's perfectly okay, but doing it all the time, like Max, and replacing it with, like sarcasm, then you might end up killing yourself . What do you guys think?   

                                            The Splendor Falls

           

                          In this book, The Splendor Falls by Rosemary Clement-Moore , there are many changes from the beginning of the book to the end of the book. For example, the main character, Sylvie, is going through a tough time settling in Alabama, because she's not used to the country life. She has to live here  for a month until she's like old self again. Until she is completely healed from the Accident (the accident, which I mean is when she broke her entire leg while performing ballet). Then she realizes that there is more to it than, meetings, food,and well, more food. She finds out that there is a spirit lingering upon them. She is then terrified so much sh decided that she can't handle the pressure of being the crazy one in town, so she decided  in the middle of the night, she sneaks out of her house, goes into the woods and almost kills herself. Almost. She was rescued by a mysterious man- boy- named Rhys, who was obviously hiding something from her that he thinks Sylvie doesn't want to know, and at first, she was irritated that nobody was being honest with her, then at the end  she was comfortable being in Alabama, but she still doesn't know what to do with Shawn Maddox, a boy that she likes very  much, but when a Davis and Maddox get together, people thinks that it is good luck,and Rhys a mysterious boy that people drool all over whenever he says hi.

She can't decide which boy she likes, but then later she finds out that Shawn, a social butterfly with all of the townspeople, had hid something from her as well. She found out the reason Shawn was being so nice to her. He thinks that Sylvie can do magic and he wants her magic. He thinks she can do anything if she wants to, he says he can feel it, and Rhys knows it too.For example, she can make herself dance again, and never came to to Alabama in the first place. But she knows that there is an ulterior motive behind this. And Sylvie is going to figure that out, even if it kills her. Then she realizes that Shawn is mental, even more crazier than her, and that's saying something. For the past weeks, she's been seeing ghosts,or what she thought it was. But this, she thought, this is like the beyond the line, and somehow she feels better knowing there is someone crazier than her.So she decided to be with Rhys, even though he is clearly hiding something from Sylvie. But her problems are just beginning...

I believe that relationships can change within the book. It can also happen with people. For example,  you might know a person who really hates you, but later on, you might like that person, and that person might like you back, after all this time. It's true it can happen to you.It happens all the time, not just in books.      

                           City Of Bones 
         I just finished reading City Of Bones by Cassandra Clare and the character Jace has a lot of  internal problems in this book. I already read all the books in the series, but I loved this book so much, I had to read it again. On the out side, you think that he doesn't care, he even will look bored to some people. But on the inside he actually cares.He just has a funny way of showing it. So, if you meet anyone like him, don't be offended because on the inside he actually cares.
 
       For example, when he first met Clary, he looked like uninterested, but later on in the series, he tells her that when he first laid eyes on her, he felt alive for the first time, like all this time has all been a dream and he didn't care about it until now,when he met her at Pandemonium. (a nightclub.) And when he said he wasn't Valentine's son, but he was possessed and you don't even know how much arguments that caused. Another one is when Jace is using sarcastic comments to hide his emotions, like when he's speaking to Simon, Clary's best friend, you could tell he really hates him just by the description of the way he talkks to people, but with Clary it's like a whole different side of him took over his other half of his body, and the next thing you know is he's all friendly and gentle and nice. But when he's in battle, fighting demons, he's like a demon himself, but on the good side. With him, it depends on the type of person he talks to, so he thinks its easier for him. Each person brings out a different side of him. Clary brings out the gentleness of him, Alec, brings out the toughness in him, Isabelle brings out the protectiveness in him and Simon brings out the irritating side of him.

                   So overall, you shouldn't bottle up your feelings, you should let him out, so in the end you wouldn't up like Jace. He is one seriously crazed up kid., because he saw his father die when he was 10 years old, but then he found out the girl he loved was actually his sister,and his father was alive. I think I know why Jace is like that because he has so many traumatizing memories he always recalls to the past. I mean he's been possessed,like what how many times? I mean, come on , how would you feel if you saw you're own father who you thought was dead for 17 years come back and possess you and you don't even know it? I understand that Jace didn't have the best father in the world, but would you have a father who despised you of all your life and tried to take over the world? that is really messed up. So, you shouldn't hide your feelings, no matter what you remember or how you were raised.      

              
              Am I Blue?
              

        After reading Am I Blue,by Bruce Coville,I believe that gay people shouldn't hide for who they are, just because they're afraid what other people will think. People should just accept who they are. They think everyone is equal, like its wrong to be gay, but deep inside them, they're just as gay as the next person. They just don't know it yet. For example, when Vincent, the main character gets the gaydar, a automatic sensing system that lets you know that person is gay or not, he sees everyone blue which indicates that they're gay. Even he has blue on himself. See, not everyone is who they think they are. Even Bruce Carrigan, the bully who beats up Vincent almost everyday, is gay, because he trying to act tough , to hide the feeling that he is secretly gay,but, guess what buddy? everyone else all around you is gay.

           Another example is when Melvin, the fairy godfather says to Vincent that he had the same problem when he was young, he was beaten up everyday just because he was different from society,and that is how he got turned into a fairy godfather, because of the problem that Vincent is facing right now. He even says to him, that "I walk and talk because I'm not going to let anyone else define me", he means that people who thinks they're not gay shouldn't control their lives. They should be proud for who they are. Its nice to have some diversity  It's boring to be the same all the time. Normal is overrated. Gay people are a special kind of people. They should be with the one they love. 

           At the end he, Vincent, truly accepts the way he is , with the help of his godfather, Melvin and the gaydar, and his three wishes. The first one was used on his coffee, the second one was used on to turn everyone ,coast to coast, blue to see what people make of it. Soon they figured it out. And his last wish was to turn Butch into blue, but he has still one more wish to go, because he was already blue the next day when he saw him. Vincent decided to accept the truth, after all this time. Since everyone else is gay.so in the end he wants to use his last wish on a guy thats perfect for him.
